This exact item has the eye and socket sized for a 22mm D20, but it can also be re printed in scale for a 19mm, any other sizes would need to be specifically requested, and may need a small upcharge. I offer these as completely customizable Items, able to be themed and painted according to whichever special D20 you would like to display.
